VoIP provider with no authentication

just purchased an 8 simultaneous users..

unfortunately I have a secondary VoIP which authenticates by IP.
no auth id and auth password needed...


I assigned prefix 8 and strip 1
but when I dial a number, the system call cannot be made...

but when i use the prefix 9, the call can get through

Try adding another digit it front, make the prefix 98 and have it strip 1 digit still
