VPN for PBX express ?

Hello,

I am using 3CX PBX Express (3CX hosted in cloud by 3CX (not Google and not AWS))
Could you please let me know if I am still able to create VPN connection to the cloud or is it impossible?

Hello @Andriy

Please note that is not possible to implement a VPN connection to a 3CX hosted instance. If that is required then i would recommend installing 3CX in your own google instance where you can have full control.

As I understand custom provisioning templates are also not available?

That is correct, due to the hosting admin account some of the options are not available in the management console .The templates tab is one of them.
