Vtiger Integration

Hi Support,

I have v18.9 and before upgrade from 18.5 to 18.8 my Vtiger integration was working fine, with checking contacts from CRM as well as adding new contact in CRM, but now only checking contact from CRM and adding activity in CRM is working not able to create contact in CRM.

How we could check what is the error.

Creating contacts is now manual via the Webclient in the dialer when the number isn't found. Use the "+Add Contact" link.

Thanks for your quick reply, but i am still using the same old template Script, even then also it will not create contacts?

Template doesn't matter as it's in how the template is handled. Look into other templates and you'll see the CreateContactRecordFromClient scenario.
