W52P Call Forbiden - Warning: 499 3CX "Caller is forbidden" - STUN Registered

Hi Guys,

I hope someone can help, cause I'm tired of banging my head against the wall.
I'm having issues with this W52P base, first, it was the STUN registration, so I found out I could only do it after disabling the SS:/Cyphers under Security.
Managed to finally register the base, however, after that I started getting the Global Error message when calling out.

Surprisingly, incoming calls are working fine.

Here is what I get on the logs, any help it will be well appreciated.

The client is running the latest 3CX version hosted in-house.

Is it only outside calls that are failing? If so, you may have them blocked in the extension settings. In the log you provided I see...
