I just picke up a W611W as a NFR to try to add to my V20 system now that the phone says supported. I added the phone's MAC to a user and as simple as that, the phone should have picked up the provisioning file and linked to our SBC. The phone has been on for over an hour, I have the MAC entered correctly and did a firmware update. The phone will not grab the provisioning file to pair up to our SBC and go live.

Is anyone else having issues with this? If so, how did you fix?

Log into the phone UI from a browser, go to System > Auto Provision > Static Provisioning Server

Do you see your 3CX server URL there? If not then:

- Check 3CX event log that the MAC was delivered successfully to RPS
- Check that the phone actually has internet and can reach the PBX from that WiFi (if you can reach the webclient it should be fine).

I can confirm that I've successfully provisioned one just now, but it can take a 3-4 minutes after the phone boots up.

I logged in, and the server URL isn's howing up. I did check the event log and it doesnt how the MAC being sent to the RPS. I can access the web interface with no issue.

Check and enable this option if not enabled:

Admin Console > Phones > Options > Allow 3CX to provision...

Then delete and add the device again. Check the event log after a few seconds. You will see a success message, or you will see a failure message after a couple of minutes if there was an issue. If its ok you may reboot the phone and wait a few minutes for it to provision.

By the way, you can also assign the phone from the PNP tab if you have a SBC or the phones are local. If they are not local, an SBC is 100% required so keep that in mind before you proceed.

Bingo. I have a SBC here, and i went right to the PNP tab and their it wsa. Soon as I hit that, it updated the phone and set. Super simple. I also didnt have "Allow 3cx to provision...", i enabled that first.

Thank you!!!

Just one more question, a simple one. When on a call with this phone, is their a way to access the Dss keys? For example, to park the call on a SP line? I can pickup a call that is put their, but cant get from inside a call.

No but you can customize it yourself from the phone's web UI:

Function Key > Advanced > Up > Calling > DSSkey Page1

Then press up while in a call and you will bring up the DSS keys.
