Hi
Please ignore my brand new account, not sure what hap here, logged in as usual but my profile has been reset, maybe 3cx staff can shed some light?
Just wondering if anyone has actually managed to get the new W611W Wi-Fi phones working correctly yet? We have had both W610W and W611W in used across multiple care homes with nothing but problems.
The W610W's bricked themselves and won't boot they have been sent back to the distributor. The W611W's have had the following problems:
1. When running the firmware that 3CX wants them to use they fail to provision, fail to register.
2. Yellowgrid told us the 3CX firmware is buggered and we must use the latest Fanvil so we did, for the most part it worked fine but it seems when the phones are idle, they drop offline. When you press any button, they immediately reconnect but this is no good for incoming calls which must get through anytime.
We have installed Multi-cell DECT before which is 100% rock solid but it is very costly so we really want this to work. I have another order now for a cordless system and I am trying to decide if I have to give up on Wi-Fi for now or will there be some new firmware soon?
Cheers!
