Solved Want message to play, but not allow voice mail

Prompt to an extension - when the extension is entered, want to play message, but not have option to leave voice mail - just repeat option if hit a key.
If take off ability to leave voice mail, then message does not play. Unable to use CFD on these hosted systems, so need other option.

So forgive me, because I am "dumb" also about these things. Let me specify the scenario, and then see if I understood you correctly.
Somebody hits option 2 and it goes to Extension 200
I create Extension say 210 and turn voice mail off
I ?? to get Extension 200 to forward to extension 210 after the prompt message

You just need to configure the extension's forwarding rules to "forward to an extension" and select the dumb IVR (which just plays a message (use a DTMF IVR to prevent the direct extension dialing) and then end the call).
