Hi, im trying to setup a Web Call Back service, here is my code

I seem to have a problem at

$handle = fopen("$url", "r");
$contents = '';
while (!feof($handle)) {
}
fclose($handle);
?>


Error is
feop(): supplied argument is not a valid stream and looks as if a problem is with

while (!feof($handle)) {

any ideas?
 
why not use file_get_contents() ?
