Web CallBack option?

Hi friends does 3cx have option of Web CallBack? When client enters phone number in field and 3cx calls client and office. In Asterisk it is called Web CallBack. But i cannot find any info about this option in 3cx. Any help would be appreciated.
I just purchased pro license so version should not be a problem.

There isn't an option to do exactly what you want, so you can request it in our ideas forum to be considered for implementation here https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/

An alternative to this(assuming you are using Queues), would be to use the "Click to Call/ Click to Meet" feature of the Queue. With this way you can create a URL to embed in your website so any client that clicks on it will be offered a web meeting alerting all Queue Agents of the waiting client so they can answer. This can be also set per extension if you don't want to use
