Hi Guys,

In the plans for webclient update for next year could it be suggested that when right clicking an EXT from the People page the "chat" option is there?

When an EXT is on the phone it would be nice to be able to quickly chat them by right click > Chat as the caller information covers all the options up.

When an EXT is on the phone it would be nice to be able to quickly chat them by right click > Chat as the caller information covers all the options up.

While the user in on a call, you can still right-click the white box for those options. The blue caller infos doesn't prevent the rest.

As for the suggestion, it's a good one, but I would post that in Ideas section tho.

When I right click an ext box the "chat" isnt listed in the menu. It's intercom, email, VM or call mobile. When a call comes in the chat icon is covered by the call details.
