Is there a possibility to customize the e-mail template for the web meeting reminder in a way that it can provide a link where the user does not need to manually dial the PIN number?

Depends on the device, IOS you can change the formatting to the below and it will work

tel:1234567890,,123456#

make sure the commas and pound are formatted the same

What about the 3cx extension for browsers?
tel:1234567890,,123456# ---> Does not work, PIN is not selected.
I will test it in the iOS

As far as I know, I don't think the browsers have an option to "pause" dial. android will be hit or miss with this as well.

It works only on the system dialer, not the 3CX app.

Unfortunately no, this is not possible.

The Conference ID defines the meeting room (which you can have many) so it needs to be dialled in once the caller reaches the conference extension. The shortcuts above may work but obviously rely on the device dialling in to support them.
