Web meeting - not working anymore

We have been using this and relying onit - all of a sudden it has stopped working.
One thing I have noticed is that the url link has changed - ALL by itself from one day to the next.
Previous working link: https://*************-uk.3cx.net/open/d2cc5b1df05a9bd63ef269da0a6a3264********
new NON working link as generated by 3cx: https://*************-uk.3cx.net/join/chrispalmer

whats occuring guys - any ideas?

Hi Chris,

the vanity-URL (or friendly name) is used when set in the PBX for your extension.
Both links actually refer to the same "room". To give your meeting room a more personal
touch it will be now prefered.

Also, I would advise editing your Post to not post so public your personal meeting room...

Hi Stefan, I'm not too worried about people having my link - i'd bore them to death. I'm more concerned that the firendly link doesnt work and hence I can only use the previous url.

feel free to test with me - you'll see there is an issue with the links the system is generating.

it seems that some have tested it and the links got masked?

doesnt make sense - we have changd nothing and follows inline with others that are having exact same issue. the links are also different urls, one says open and the other is different. this needs looking at in more detail please.
