Web Meeting Screen Sharing works intermittedly

We're using Windows 10 and Chrome. We us Chrome in Incognito mode to avoid cookie / session issues.

About 1/4 of the time screen sharing will not work. It says its sharing but no one gets the stream.

Is anyone else having this issue?

We've identified this issue. It seems to happen intermittently when screen sharing. Users stop seeing you, but are able to hear you.

We're working on it and it should seamlessly be fixed very soon.
