Web Meetings do not open

Hi, I'm receiving this everytime I try to start a web meeting from the Windows client:


Also, even when I schedule a video conference call, and attempt to open it on my iphone to test (yes I have the app), I get this: Meeting not found

The meeting is scheduled, and an email is received, but then Meeting not found.

When I try to join the meeting from the "Join" icon that appears next to the scheduled meeting in the Windows client, I receive another "Meeting not Found" message.

I could definitely use some help.

You'll need to open your PBX's port 5001 for bidirectional communication with webmeeting.3cx.net for WebMeeting to work. Once you've done this, restart the 3CXSystem Service and try again.
