Web meetings in rooms

This may have been covered somewhere else, and I am more than happy to be pointed there if it has.

We are looking at setting up meeting rooms for use with 3CX web meeting. We have allocated each meeting room their own extension which is working fine and dandy.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how we can run 3CX Web Meeting on hardware with a camera? Is it best to use a Windows PC and have web meeting run in a browser, or would we be better of using the Android app or some other way of running 3CX in a conference room?

Unless anybody has any other cool ideas? I am thinking of running with a Dell AIO and just using Web Meeting in Chrome.

Hi Adrian,

Yep that should be fine, just install chrome on the machine and you should be good to go.

You might have to consider adding a headset to the machine, or a mic that is a bit far from the speakers so you can avoid audio-feedback and/or the other party hearing their voice echoed

If anybody cares, ConferenceCam works very well
