I have a problem with some users that sometimes get the MCU connection failed message when they want to start a webmeeting.

I have already checked the network setting en changed the ip from static to dynamic and the problem still remains.
Sometimes there are several days the problem doesn't show itself.

In the logfile for web meetings i can see that there is a websocket disconnect with eu028-fra.3cx.net and eu027-fra.3cx.net, but when i check the status there is nothing wrong.
With wget on the server where 3cx is installed on i get the 404 notification and i have found out that this is how it should be.

Can someone help with what i can try to fix this problem?

Hi,

Can you PM me the IP from which you're accessing the Video Conferencing service & also yout PBX FQDN?

Hi there,

Please try the suggestions in our PM and let me know how it goes.

I have done what you suggested and i haven't had a problem myself and i am letting the users try it out too.
At this moment i haven't heard that the problem is still there, but i keep watch over it for a while.

Customer is using 3CX V18u9. We strongly recommend to upgrade to V20 for a better WebMeeting experience.

I have upgrade to the latest released version of V20, but i still have the same problem.

The webmeeting sometimes won't start.
I attached the loging for the webmeeting and i received the complaint at 10:04 so it just happend before that.
