Maybe I am doing something wrong. I have tried changing the device to my hard phone. When I join the web neeting the audio comes from the browser anyway. I need to mute my mic and my speakers, then call in as another participant. Is there a way to have participant ID's so it can know my audio call belongs together with my video?

This is a major issue with the system as it exists now. It makes it almost useless for my company.

It should ask you how you want to connect for audio when joining a webmeeting, (computer or dial-in or dial-me), but it doesn’t. It just assumes that you want to use your computer’s mic/speakers.

It would also be nice to disable video cameras for an entire meeting.

This link you added just takes me right back to this post?

Well, what I was trying to do was link back to your comment #2 but failed?

You can disable them initially by hitting the camera button, as well as setting the meeting default when creating them.

unfortunately, there is no "lock" for this currently so you cant prevent someone from turning their camera on.
