WebClient 5 Second Reset

I have tried to use the Web Client this morning (to schedule a web meeting). The client resets to the People tab ever 5 seconds making it unusable.

We have a locally Debian hosted 3CX system which is up to date.

Can anyone help me stop the refresh. It happens on my Windows 10 PC in New Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

Hello @Dave Moor ,

Please as a first step open your Browser Developer Tools > Console (F12) and check for any possible error. In your case, it seems that something abnormal is happening.

If the Console window or logs from the server does not give you an indication of what might be the problem, feel free to open a case with the support team for troubleshooting.

Thanks for your response but I realised I hadn't been receiving back emails for a couple of days so tried a reboot of the server. That solved the issue.
