Hi all,

I've finally upgraded from 15 to 15.5 SP6.

First time I've seen the Webclient and it looks great, but I can't initate a call on any desk phones. None of our phones (all Cisco SPA504G's) show up. The Windows 3CX Client (softphone) running in CTI mode is working just fine. What am I missing?

Thanks, Rob.

This is a legacy supported phone.

Please note the following under "Limitations".

Note that these phones can not be used from a remote location or in combination with a 3CX in the cloud.

  • No PnP Support
  • No STUN Support
  • No SBC Support
  • No Full CTI Support (Make Call Only)
  • BLF Functionality (only on applicable models)
  • Company Phone Book with limited size only

Hello @robxbl69

Please note that the web client will only list supported devices that support uaCSTA. Since Cisco phones do not support uaCSTA they are not available to be controlled by the web client. The client using CTI can still control them using Make Call
