Hey guys,

We wanted to know if there's a way to dial a number on the Webclient and automatically append the extension, just like we would do on a mobile device.

So that we can dial: 4505551234,,102

However, it doesn't work. Neither with "," ";" or "x".

Any ideas?

I've seen this question pop up a number of times, in the Forum, not specifically for the Webclient, however. The answer, in the past, has always been NO, when using a SIP device. I don't imagine it is going to be any different for the Webclient. Dialling DTMF digits automatically, after the phone number , does not seem to be a big consideration, when designing the devices.

According to 3CX, in a support ticket, it's a no go.

This should be implementend as it is fairly common.
