Unsupported Webclient on both NGINX and IIS Webservers simultaneously...(EXPERT CONFIG)

I have a question... by default 3CX installs with NGINX on 5000/5001, and that works just fine...
But I have a need to serve 80/8080 off an IIS webserver to 3CX as well.
But when I point IIS at 3CX web directories I get:

1) Server Error on the Console as if it isnt started.
2) Waiting for Network Connection on webclient

Both apps work with NGINX.... now.

I know legacy versions of 3CX ran on IIS, so I guess I am asking what do I need to add to IIS to get it to speak to 3CX DBMS systems?
I have PHP with Postgres loaded, did there used to be something else?

3CX uses Nginx now. Not IIS. This will not work and shouldn't.

Also, you should not be using the 3CX Server for anything else than 3CX. So, uninstall IIS or install 3CX elsewhere.

You mentionned you installed PHP and Postgres. You don't have to. 3CX installs it for you (and doesn't use PHP at all by the way.) At that point, might as well just build your own PBX.
