Webinar Time Zone Error

Hi,

In the webclient I am configuring the time zone for the webinar for example 4:00 pm. But the mail that is going to the attendees, is getting GMT of 10:30 AM. I understood, by calculating the difference.

The time zone set in the system is +5:30 India (Calcutta)

I have checked the details well, as per my knowledge. I am not able to pinpoint the error.
