Solved WebMeeting bridge phone audio not connecting

I have an issue where audio works for pc to pc and phone to phone, but not phone to pc or pc to phone.

I believe I have an issue with Web Meeting Bridge.

I get the following error in event viewer.

Device wm8595730@(Ln.90000@WebMeeting bridge) had no available outgoing trunk(s) for Call(53)

How do I assigned a outbound rule for Web Meeting Bridge?

Found the issue. It was un-selected to accept calls. Not sure how that was set.
