Hi Mark,

What browser did they use and what version?

Is the screenshot from their PC or from your own PC while trying to log into their extension?

it is from chrome im testing with the pc I used, my account works fine and I've tested other previous built accounts, it looks like an account issue. Version 80.0.3987.163

Please restart your System Service from the management console, and after the services come back online give it a minute, and finally try again to connect to the webmeeting.

Let us know how it goes

ok cool thanks!

restarted all services and nothing happens for the new extensions created last week but I'm able to launch webmeeting for all older extensions.

whats strange is only new extension are having this issue! and i can pin point it back to last week its almost as if 3cx has block new users from connecting.

strange I attempted to lauched the webmeeting from my android and got an blocked error! the i downloaded the webmeeting app and it worked fine this is weird.

ok one of the new extension is now working dont know what happen, all I done was to install the webmeeting app on a android phone thats it, I restarted the services about an hour ago.

yep now all of my new exts are working with webmeeting very strange.

Mark do you perhaps have a 2nd machine running with your license like a free hosted session?

@Mark Jones

could your please restart once more the 3CX System Service as for another customer we identified that if the system contained disabled extensions, then the sync for new extensions will not be processed.

Same situation happened to us. Only new extensions could not use the Webmeeting, getting a "refuse connection" error message. I was able to use and connect the Webmeeting just fine with my extension on the same server but when using the credential of the new extension, I would also get the error message.

We just rebooted the server and it fixed the problem. Not very convenient.

Many problems regarding webmeeting are solved by restarting system services, not cool...

We've made improvements to this part of WebMeeting in SP5. If or when you do update to SP5, it would be nice to know whether these issues still occur.

Good to know. I am waiting for feedback about another issue we have with SP5 on another instance before upgrading this problematic instance to SP5
