Good afternoon,

is anyone having issues with webmeeting creation? we are able to create meetings, however, when we try to join a newly created meeting. we get redirected to a 3cx troubleshooting page. I have tried restarting the 3cx system service. no change, I am able to use the option to make an "instant" webmeeting which works normally. previously created meetings work, but it seems that any newly created meeting I try to create fails.

I checked that our instance is mapped to our FQDN, and our SSL certificate has not expired. Any ideas?

@Saqqara , thank you for your time working with us on your case - which could be resolved.

For the community:
The license-key-fqdn mismatch email, which for some installations is rightly send, was wrongly triggered for some customers. The cause is unrelated to v16 U5 RC update or WebMeeting it self. A cloud service which manages FQDN and IP change incorrectly reported WebMeeting FQDNs which got created prior v15.0 U4 (change: Incorporate TLD into WebMeeting user-part of Domain). The service was in a staged rollout and reverted shortly after. The cloud team is investigating if other customers, like Saqqara, been affected and will be manually updated by the team.

Good morning,

I can confirm that webmeeting booking is now working correctly for us as well, we didn't have any disabled extensions, however, the fix seemed to resolve our issue as well which is good.

We are still experiencing this sync related problem. We also have a custom FQDN. Currently we are restarting the system service everytime this problem occurs (pretty much on a daily basis / after 8 hours idle).

Hi @Steve_W

You can send me a private message and include the following, if this does indeed happen daily

- FQDN
- Licence Key
