Solved Webmeeting Dial In

Hi All, I notice when you scheduled a video meeting that it adds the info for dialling internally. In our case, the extension listed is 7000. My assumption is that you could create a DID to point to this extension and you would now have someone that could dial into the web meeting from an external phone.

Is there a way to modify the meeting templates so that you could list the DID rather than the extension number?

I know I can modify the email template but this is not the actual calendar.ics file that gets created that contains the link and extension number to call

I guess I am trying to replicate the experience delivered by zoom where some people could join with video and some could just dial in from their phone if they wanted

Hi @NicoC,

Edit: Checking again, you can go to Settings >> Conference >> Audio conference and enter in the DID you'd like to show up on the email sent.

Thanks Vasilis, that is exactly what I was looking for. I added the external number and it has updated it in the .ics file that is created when scheduling a meeting
