Hi,

We are hosting a series of conferences with global reach we lately had some severe issues where our participants from Southamerica and Asia fell off the meeting several times, we are currently using a European server is there some way to have global coverage? We have previously run the same thing but using CISCO without any issues and same users.

Thanks for the feedback,

-You have users from Europe, Asia and SouthAmerica or only Asia and SouthAmerica?
-What were you running previously? Webex?

For the moment can you try using a meeting server in America like "Sao Paulo" or "Los Angeles" or "San Jose" and see if this fixes the issue. These 3 servers may be a better for the locations you're trying to have a meeting with.

A new version of WebMeeting is being released soon that contains improvements in regards to participants experiencing high packet loss and thus causing their connection to drop. It should provide a big improvement to the issues you're experiencing.

For multi-continent meetings like the one you've described, we have something planned in order to get this running a bit better, but you'll be seeing this a bit later on.

Ok will test the change of servers. thanks and really looking forward to the new changes and yes was Webex..

And to clarify we have users from all continents simultaneously. so my fear is that by moving server I will generate other issues for the users in the Middle East and Africa.
