Good afternoon. After you upgrade the 3CX WebMeeting (10.6.3.1) for Iphone 11 Pro (IOS13.4) when opening the meeting link, the app crashes. There are no problems with Iphone 11, Iphone 8. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix the problem.

I have the app with the exact same phone and no issues here.

Is all the permissions authorized for the app? (Settings -> (bottom) 3CX WebMeeting)

Yes, all permissions are enabled. There were no problems with the previous version. It also works on other models. The problem is only with 11 Pro

Do you have another 11 Pro you can test with? Maybe do a factory reset and try again without any app data already there from any previous installs or backups.

No. We only have one 11 Pro from our Director.

The only next step is factory reset and try a fresh install.

I have the same problem with webmeeting on my iphone 11 pro and it doesn't exist on iPhone 7.
Apple support couldn't help me, the phone is fully functional and everything else works perfectly.

Hello, same problem here with iPhone XS. Webmeeting tries to start and then crashes.. Re-installation didn't help.

switching to ios 13.4.1 doesn't help

you can now use on iPad and Safari WebMeeting natively.
No need for the app since 13.4 anymore.

So the app is no longer useful?

tech. speaking on iPADs no, however, Safari is quite new to the "game" of WebRTC. For example "present" is not exposed in iPad or macOS.

ps We are also working on an update for the iOS app btw.

Great cause it doesn't work well right now... we need chat and recording options and such, all on mobile just like any other Zoom, GoToMeeting or Join.me (this one sucks)

when can I use ios 13.4 and Safari on my Iphone without the app? It doesn't work that way now.

as the conversation was around iPad, here you shall use Safari. On iPhone you will need the app due to the screen estate limitation. On iPhone you should see something like this:

Yes, it is. And I realized that the conversation is about the IPad. I asked when it would be for the Iphone.
And what to do with the IPhone 11 Pro on which the app crashes?
