Hello Everyone,

We were using the 45 days trial pro license to test 3CX so we can switch from an old Siemens IPPBX. During this period everything worked fine.
I imported all extensions and disabled Webmeeting on all of them except 1 extension that was initially configured to do the test.
Now I am trying to access Webmeeting from the Webclient console for the same extension but I am getting "Webmeeting is disabled for this extension"
I did the test with a new extension without success
I restarted the 3CX debian vm multiple times without success
I am not sure if this issue is related to the license since the trial period has finished. The system is not deployed yet and I am the only one using it.
I can re-install from scratch but I already configured it completely and I am waiting to get the Patton E1 to finalize the installation and deployment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Perhaps try using Google in Incognito mode or with a cleared cache - it maybe remembering a previously logged in client perhaps, I have actually myself moved across to using Microsoft Edge on Chromium now.

In regards to the Patton you want either a Patton 4171 or 4970A device, there are templates for these on the system https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/ you maybe hard pressed to find a Smartware based E1/T1 unit now.

Hello,

Well I tried Firefox and Chrome using internal IP, Public IP and 3CX FQDN with and without incognito. The same issue was there.
So, although no modifications was done to the system in the past 20 days, I restored the oldest backup and the problem was solved.
I am afraid to have this issue later on once the system replaces the Siemens.

On the extension options tab make sure Allow user to organize 3CX Webmeeting Video Conferences is checked

There is no need to worry about that, it was disabled and you just needed to enable it.

Also, the extension needs to have an email defined in order to allow webmeeting to work.
