Solved WebMeeting - MCU Connection Failes (0x0020)

Since Version 18 we (organiser) often cannot connect to the Meeting with an Error: MCU Connection Failes (0x0020).
We cannot find any hint or solution through google.
Does anybody has an Idea, why this is coming up?

Hi @workbooster,

In the Management Console, under Settings >> Conferencing, which region do you have selected for Video Conferencing? If you change the region, are you able to commence a WebMeeting? If yes, switch back to your region, click okay and try again.

thanks for the quick repldy.
I changed it from europe to UK
All test Meetings and also the one that we had on Tuesday were working perfectly no issue
I changed back to europe > MCU Erorr again

Thanks for letting me know, I've managed to connect fine to the Europe MCU, I'll report this to our WebMeeting team and will revert.

When you create a WebMeeting (video + later) in the Web Client, can you PM me the link that is generated?

It seems more in-depth analysis is required as the meeting is not joinable at all, this could be due to a whole host of situations. I suggest you contact 3CX Support via your Customer Portal to investigate further.
