Webmeeting : meeting not found

Hello,
I am using V16 and we are trying to create conferences via webmeeting.
We indicate the invited guests with their email and they receive the invitation email with a link.
The problem is that this link points to a meeting that does not exist.
If the conference organizer takes the link from the page and sends it manually by email to the invited people, everything works fine.
What to do to correct this problem?

This issue happened this morning in Europe. It was fixed quickly by the team. I would recommend contacting 3cx support directly.

I'm having the same issue. So Nick, you are suggesting to fix this issue I need to buy a support ticket?

Obviously the web meeting works because when you manually send the link it works but not via invite.

Well, you have to buy things if you don't have support from a partner or are a partner. However......

If you simply restart the PBX after the fix today, you will probably be ok again.

2020/04/01 | Previously detected sporadic routing issues have now been resolved. For meetings reporting 'Meeting not found' please restart your PBX's System Service to force re-sync meetings or wait until they are re-synced automatically.

We had a partner but do not anymore. Restarting it sounds like a great fix to me

You can just restart the one service and not take out the server..... or you can wait.

This resolved my issue as well. It looks like the webmeeting MCU's had an update applied and names have changed.

Have had this issue a number of times across multiple customers. Incredibly frustrating, restarting the services does fix the issue but it brings into question the reliability of webmeetings.
