At this time we do not wish to utilise WebMeeting from 3CX, as we have a well established video conferencing solution setup with another provider. The options for WebMeeting are so front and centre in the webclient though, that I know users are going to be trying this out if it's there leading to confusion and lack of control for me as system admin. In an ideal world, I would like to be able to remove the 'WebMeeting' and 'Schedule Conference' links down the left hand navigation and the little WebMeeting icon from the tiles under the 'People' section.

I have not been able to do this, and am worried that by design 3CX haven't allowed this kind of customisation. But does anyone know if there is a way to customise this, even if it's outside of the web interface? Or perhaps a way to limit what user accounts have as access roles in the system that might remove this functionality?

Cheers all :)

Nice - very helpful, thank you. This is probably good enough as a solution, but what would be really great is to be able to remove the navigational links from the webclient interface altogether. Is this possible? I's rather not present options that aren't functional - users can currently click on them and then are told the feature is disabled. Rather they weren't there altogether. Also, even with the option above disabled, I find I can still go through and 'schedule conference' (so guessing this has a different context to web conferences through the WebMeeting system). I don't want this feature either. It would be great if 3CX provide a means by which you can customise what options actually appear in the interface, but perhaps I'm hoping for too much right now.

Many thanks :-)

Hi,

This is not possible, you may only disallow the use of the feature like Frederick said, but you cannot hide it from the interface.
