Webmeeting Recording missing

Hi

Some of our colleagues have reported that they aren't receiving an email and or download link at the end of a webmeeting when the recording function was being used.

As i've searched on this topic i noticed a few threads where others were given the opportunity to provide the webmeeting link and or conference ID.
Is this still an option in order to try and obtain this from a meeting?

Nevermind, this can be closed.

The meeting no longer exists within the colleague's Webclient.
