Webmeeting Recording - No Audio

I have setup a few web meetings and presentations that have worked perfectly, however once the meeting is done and I get a copy of the MP4 file there is no audio at all on the file.

I'm running V16 R4
All Firewall checks are showing up fine, not sure is maybe i'm just missing a codec on my computer for the audio.....

Hi there, please ensure that your microphone is correctly configured. You can verify this as shown in the screenshot below. If you've selected a working microphone, when you speak, you should see the 'Audio Threshold' meter move.

There is audio during the meeting. We can hold the meeting with a screen share and everyone can participate. It's the recording that is sent via email afterwards that has no audio.
