Webmeeting recording without video, only audio

Today we used MCU server "Poland (Warszawa) 0130 (eu130-waw.3cx.net)" and 16 minutes long webmeeting was recorder without video, only audio.
Any suggestions? May be it's possible to get record with video track?

There is one known issue in our latest MCU version that can produce this issue in some cases. Video can become black. We've gone ahead and fixed the issue on the latest MCU and we're deploying it this weekend.

For meetings that have been already concluded and the recording has been finalized, the recordings cannot be fixed.
