Webmeeting report mail with recording link is missing- ¡¡HELP!!

Hi,
We've recently performed 1 hour long webmeeting with recording and did not received system email with meeting report and link to download the recording.
In other webmeeting carried out previously we have always received the system email with meeting report.

Is it possible to retrieve download link or resend web meeting report?
