Solved WebMeeting Virtual extension number not working

We have a SoundStation IP7000 connected to my 3CX (16.0.7.1078) and working fine. On the same meeting room we have one laptop connected to the WebMeeting environment, Sound and Mic on mute and presenting. We would like to dial from the IP7000 to Virtual Extension 90000 but we can not complete the call, it drops.

Anyone with the same issue ?

You can’t dial direct into the virtual extension number of the Webmeeting bridge, you can though dial into the internal conference number, this is found under the management console > Conferencing > audio section, note though you will need to schedule a conference to get the conference ID to use to join the same conference, quick meetings do have a dial in option.

Perfect, I found it, dial 70 + conf ID
And you are correct, quickmeeting will not provide a conference ID
