Webrtc agent console addon Missing Dependency

Hi all,
we have a problem in one of our clients, they want to give a try to WebRTC agent add-on, but when trying to install it shows an dependency error.
Below is a screen copy.

Missing Dependency: screen is needed by package elastix-agent_console_webrtc-0.1-2.noarch (commercial-addons) Missing Dependency: screen is needed by package webrtc2sip-2.4.5r114-DMv1.x86_64 (commercial-addons) TARGET elastix-agent_console_webrtc REQUIRES screen TARGET elastix-agent_console_webrtc REQUIRES screen

When we go to ssh, the error is when trying to install webrtc2sip client.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

What about if you install screen first?
yum install screen

Well I did that prior to ask, but for some reason is not working. You may explain it a little better.

I'm intrigued by the bash prompt that you have. Running on rescue mode or anything like that?

What about If you try to execute:
yum clean all

I ran the yum clean all command and tried again yum install screen, but it says "No package screen available.".
