Hi,
My question is basically what is in the title. When we go to the select users page within the M365 configuration page, we see three fields, name, primary email, and email. We want to know which one 3CX uses to sync these users with their extensions. In V18 we couldn't find a pattern as some users synced with their primary email section and some users synced with the email section. Do we know for certain which field is being used to sync users with extensions?
