What does "route busy" and "cancelled failed" mean in 3cx call reports

What does "route busy" and "cancelled failed" mean in 3cx call reports

I am looking in the 3cx reports and can see some entries for these 2 terms however i haven't been able to find the definition of these on the 3cx website, can anyone help?

I could be wrong about this but...

Cancelled Failed means that someone hit the reject button. Not send to voicemail but "Decline". SIP Code 603 likely is sent back.
Route Busy means that when trying to send the call to ____, the system got back a busy signal. SIP Code 486 likely is sent back.

I find it very unregular that 3cx does not have this documented somewhere.
