Hi,
we face growing pressure from users (especially those being used to MS Teams in other organisations) to have the ability to schedule meetings via an Outlook plugin.
This was asked for oftentimes in the past for several years (I found threads from 2017 about this). Then it was in a roadmap from 2020.
I know 3cx has Teams integration, but why maintain (and pay for) 2 tools with a huge intersection of features?
An Outlook plugin could (and definitely should) also take care of the messy work around for recurring meetings by generating new meeting links automatically.

This has become the single missing feature which might force us to implement MS Teams in the end, a step I would like to avoid.
