Whats up with ring tones for yealinks!?

Why does 3cx under phones tab change the #1 (ivr) and #3 (queue) ring tone but they don't have it set to change the #2 (external) ring tone? It's been like this for over a year and not a single person programming this product has thought they might want to fix this? :/

Am I missing something? Is there a way to set this via gui or do I have to edit a template and reprovision just to fix that 1 variable?
