Hi,
First of all does anyone know how to open images after the chat has been closed?
In the log the image is replaced by "image.jpeg" . I'd rather would have seen a base64 version, or a link to the actual image.
The images are stored at :
/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Chat (both full and preview version)
and are accessible through the 3CX webclient with the URL:
https://x.x.x.x:5001/MyPhone/downlo...d4add0784a0dc1a5f47657523fda8fe81925b.preview
But how to link the chatlog to this actual image.
Once a Whatsapp chat has been "Dealed with" , the chat is closed.
When a new message comes in and the customer says "please look at the image I sent before" ... We have to ask the customer to resend the same image.
And that's where I come to our second problem. The previous chat isn't reopened, like one should expect.
Like any other ticketing system, and new chat should be added to the new.
The solution now lies to not "Dealing" with an chat until a few days.
- The resolution times will not be reliable.
- All agents should have manager rights for that queue in order to see all the Open (not dealt with) chats.
Any thoughts?
