whatsapp API Review

Hello,

I could send a message to an iphone whatsapp with a production number from the developer portal but I wasn't able to receive an answer.

Must the app be reviewed by meta to work in the developer portal?

We tried a review but looks like I was to stupid to make it alle the way meta wants this. I guess I need some time to read their App Review Recectoin Guide.

Regarding your question, has the integration been completed from your side? Additionally, are messages sent from WhatsApp from a mobile, app, or web to the production number received by the destination set under the what's app trunk?

Hello Charles,

I'm not quite sure.
I have the trunk in 3cx but I wasn't able to receive a message yet. I can send messages from my iphone with whatsapp to the number - but no blue receive symbols come.
I received the "test message" from meta on whatsapp on my iphone on a the production number.

Well errors non. But like I asked the app ist not reviewed yet (or the review was not succesfull).

it says in the privilges and features for the app that whatsapp_business_messaging that it has standard access. For advanced access it needs a app review.
The company verfication was successfull done.

in 3cx I have the token and the telephon-ID and could set up the webhook and it is green.

in the app dashboard it says nothing to do.
