WhatsApp Data Visualization - Database Access

Hello Forum,

A customer is looking to visualize their 3CX Whatsapp data either in Hubspot or on another platform.
Is this possible? Does 3cx allow database access for reads or access to visualize from database?
Also Chat Journaling is enabled for Hubspot but i'm unclear how exactly that works on the CRM.

The chat journalling in 3CX will send any chats that are matched with a contact to the configured CRM. From there you will be able to process these in any way you wish.
