WhatsApp Error: message is empty

Hi,

I have WhatsApp integration that is working fine until today i was expecting a message from a vendor who has WhatsApp Business Account which i did not receive, after some checking i noticed in the events log the following Message "Unable to parse message from provider WhatsApp. Error: message is empty", with error code "30045".


i can confirm that whenever a message sent from a regular WhatsApp message its being received in 3cx fine without any errors, but if a message is sent from bot "WhatsApp Business Account" the same error message appears.
