Whatsapp integration doesn't works

Hi everyone,

i read some posts and i have the same issue with the integration, i followed this guide https://www.3cx.it/doc/manuale/whatsapp/ step by step but doesn't works.
whatspp doesn't recognize my number as a account, so i can't receive any messages.

The guide is not updated with the last meta update.

Someone helps me please

Allego qui il problema che vedo quando arrivo al Passo4 della guida https://www.3cx.it/doc/manuale/whatsapp/. Provo ad assegnare al mio utente del sistema il token assegnando le risorse "whatsapp_business_messaging" e "whatsapp_business_management" ma mi da l'errore dell'immagine allegata.

Qualcuno per caso ha un contatto o qualcosa dove scrivere il problema a Meta?
