Whatsapp Integration: Inbound IP address to whitelist for webhook interaction

Hi all,

following guide instructions (https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/whatsapp-integration/), we just integrated our 3CX system with a Whatsapp Business Account and all seems working fine.

At this point, using our firewall to improve security, we want to restrict the IP Addresses that can interact with our PBX via webhooks.

Is it possible to know IP addresses (or FQDNs) of servers involved in webhooks exchanges?

For Whatsapp, your PBX speaks directly to the Whatsapp (META) servers that may be different per region and may frequently change. So this is a question for META as we cannot provide this answer.
You can find more info in this link but use at your own risk. If you see that the integration is not working please revert the changes.
