To all Experts
I have connected my 3CX V20 with whatApp. I can receive messages but not send them. The following error:
Failed to send message(s) to the provider 'whatsapp' from '+491xxxx' to '+491xxxxx'. Exception: {“error”:{“message”: “Bad signature”, “type”: “OAuthException”, “code”:190, “fbtrace_id”: “ANdJBkifPKAuG63RqgNmZac”}}
Appears as an error in the admin interface.
I noticed that the meta token is much too long, it does not fit into the Access token field of 3CX. some characters are cut off. Is there a way to save the token differently, e.g. config file? I have a local Debian installation.
Many thanks for all answers. I think this affects other users too!
