WhatsApp message received but do not send on reply

So my head is now on the desk and the White Flag raisied. I can not get WhatsApp to work fully with 3CX Free version. The WhatsApp messages are received but when replying they do not send and are shown with a RED X.

Does anyone have any great ideas of things to check or any insight as to why send when replying is not working?

If messages are being received it would suggest that all the webhooks, tokens and IDs are set up correctly and the fact that between 3CX uses we can use the Chat system seems to suggest chat is working.

Were you able to resolve this issue? We do have the same problem. It was working fine for a while and suddenly the red X appeared. We do receive messages successfully but can't answer them.
The API test message on the developers.facebook site is sent succesfully.

Just fixed it for our site.
We had the error "Invalid OAuth access token - Cannot parse access token".
Had to generate a new token for the system user at business.facebook /settings /system-users and copy it to the WhatsApp Trunk in 3CX.

Hi, No we didn’t resolve but TBH gave up as other things were more pressing. We plan to revisit as we’re currently replying via the old WhatsApp phone account. Really appreciate your feedback and will reschedule some development time in a few months too look at this again.

The token expires in 60 days by default; I recommend using a non-expired token instead.
